Governance & Risk
Team Infra Labs’ governance framework is designed to ensure accountability, disciplined decision-making, and responsible risk management. We apply clear internal controls across partnership selection, infrastructure delivery, and performance measurement.
Our governance principles
• Accountability: Clear ownership of decisions and delivery
• Transparency: Open reporting on progress and risks
• Security by Design: Security and resilience built into every solution
• Responsible Growth: Sustainable outcomes for customers, partners, and stakeholders
How we make decisions
For fee-based engagements, we follow a structured delivery governance process that defines scope, success metrics, operational responsibilities, and review timelines.
For equity or hybrid engagements, we apply an investment governance framework that includes:
• Structured due diligence aligned with the stage and risk profile
• A clear implementation plan with milestones and measurable value drivers
• Ongoing portfolio monitoring and active support after completion
Risk management
We identify, assess, and manage key risks including technology, operational, supplier, privacy and data security, and reputational risks. These risks are reviewed regularly, with controls continuously updated as the business evolves.

QCA Principles
1. Establish a strategy and business model which promote long-term value for shareholders
Team Infra Labs operates across three highly attractive digital markets: Domains, Identity & Software (DIS), Comparison, and Search.
Domains, Identity & Software (DIS)
The DIS segment serves as a global distribution channel for digital products, particularly domain names. It offers one of the broadest inventories of domain extensions through fully automated APIs and fulfilment services. Web hosting providers, global brands, and SMBs benefit from a comprehensive, one-stop solution, while country-code and generic domain operators gain access to an extensive global distribution network. The segment generates highly reliable, subscription-based revenues.
Our DIS strategy centres on completing the operational integration of a carefully assembled global portfolio of businesses. By transforming these assets into a unified marketplace, we aim to drive organic growth through the continuous expansion of suppliers, distribution channels, and customers.
Comparison
The Comparison segment empowers online consumers to make informed purchasing decisions through independent, data-driven product recommendations. It specialises in efficiently converting consumer intent into transactions, offering detailed comparisons across more than 20,000 product types and over 300,000 products. The platform operates under proprietary brands and through white-label partnerships with established media outlets.
The strategy for Comparison focuses on advancing its technology platform, leveraging AI to enhance content generation, improve conversion performance, and enable scalable growth in core markets while supporting international expansion.
Search
The Search segment delivers AI-enabled, privacy-conscious consumer journeys that guide users from initial interest to confident purchasing decisions. It provides relevant advertising in real time and captures value through strategic partnerships with leading global search and e-commerce platforms, generating resilient, utility-style revenues.
The Search strategy prioritises customer experience and brand trust over pure volume growth, ensuring long-term sustainability. The division is evolving toward a more content-rich and focused operating model designed for durable, profitable expansion.
Group Strategy
Team Infra Labs are focused on acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, launching innovative products, expanding supplier partnerships, and entering new geographic markets. This disciplined growth strategy strengthens our global reach and supports sustained long-term value creation and profitability for shareholders.
2. Seek to understand and meet shareholder needs and expectations
The Board of Team Infra Labs recognises that effective and transparent communication with shareholders is essential. Shareholder relations are led by the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and the Chairman, with regular engagement throughout the year involving institutional investors and analysts.
The Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and, where appropriate, Non-Executive Directors are available to meet major shareholders individually or collectively to ensure open dialogue and clear understanding of shareholder perspectives.
Shareholders are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), where the majority of Directors are present and available to respond to questions. The Group’s Nominated Advisers and Joint Brokers also provide feedback from shareholders to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, which is reviewed and discussed at Board level. Contact details for our Nominated Advisers and Joint Brokers are available on our Advisers and Registrars page.
