Modern Slavery Statement
Team Infra Labs is committed to conducting business responsibly and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. We take a zero‑tolerance approach to modern slavery and expect the same standards from all suppliers, contractors, and partners we work with. This statement is made in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery
Act 2015 and sets out the steps Team Infra Labs has taken during the financial year ending [INSERT DATE] to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking.
Our business
Team Infra Labs provides digital and operational infrastructure to growth businesses. We support companies by building, operating, and improving critical technology and commercial capability. We do this either:
- on a service-fee basis; or
- as a long-term partner where part of our compensation is equity (or a hybrid of fee and equity), depending on what best aligns incentives and supports sustainable growth.
Because our services are predominantly technology and professional-services based, our direct operational risk of modern slavery is generally lower than high-labour sectors. However, we recognise that risks may arise through third parties and extended supply chains (for example, outsourced services).
Our supply chains
Our supply chain typically includes professional services, technology services (including hosting and software), and business operations suppliers. We assess suppliers proportionately based on the nature of the service, geography, and risk indicators.
Policies and governance
We maintain policies and procedures designed to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, including:
- A supplier onboarding and contracting standard, including modern slavery expectations where appropriate
- An ethical conduct standard for staff and contractors
- A confidential reporting route for concerns and suspected wrongdoing
Due diligence
During the year, we have taken the following steps (proportionate to our size and supplier profile):
- Risk screening of relevant suppliers during onboarding and renewal
- Contractual expectations for suppliers to comply with applicable laws and to address identified risks
- Review of high-risk spend categories and escalation for additional checks where required
Training and awareness
Team Infra Labs provides modern slavery awareness information to relevant staff and contractors, with additional focus for those involved in supplier selection and procurement.
Effectiveness
We keep our approach under review and will continue to strengthen our risk identification and supplier-management processes. Where we identify issues, we will take appropriate action with urgency, including remediation requirements and, where necessary, termination of supplier relationships.
